30-Day Price Protection Policy

At DIISEA, we want you to shop with confidence. If the price of an eligible product purchased on diisea.com drops within 30 days of your purchase date, you may request a refund for the price difference.

Eligibility

  • The product must be purchased directly from diisea.com.

  • The lower price must apply to the same product and model.

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • The product must still be available for purchase at the lower price.

Exclusions

Price Protection does not apply to third-party retailer prices, clearance items, limited-time flash sales, bundles, coupon codes, promotional gifts, or pricing errors.

How to Request

Contact DIISEA Customer Support with your order number and the product with the lower price. Once verified, the eligible price difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

DIISEA Price Protection does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
