*Comparison figures are based on selected conventional floor-cleaning models or internal testing under controlled conditions. Actual performance may vary by model, floor type, cleaning mode and usage.
No. D7 uses a water-powered cleaning system instead of traditional high-speed vacuum suction. The roller washes the floor while the collection system captures debris, liquids, and hair without producing strong exhaust airflow or dust blowback.
Yes. D7 can clean common dry debris, liquid spills, and hair in the same cleaning pass. Its triple-separation system keeps solids, liquids, and hair in separate collection paths for easier disposal and maintenance.
Avoid cleaning large, sharp, flammable, or hazardous objects.
D7 is suitable for sealed hardwood and other sealed hard-floor surfaces.
Do not use it on unsealed, waxed, damaged, or highly water-sensitive flooring. When using it on a new floor type, test a small, inconspicuous area first and follow the flooring manufacturer’s care instructions.
For best performance, use clean water or a DIISEA-approved low-foaming floor-cleaning solution.
Do not use bleach, high-foaming detergents, oils, waxes, corrosive cleaners, or solutions containing solid particles, as they may damage the water system or cause excessive foam.
Yes. D7 supports near-edge cleaning to help clean along walls, baseboards, and furniture edges. Its slim, 180° flat-lay design also helps it reach underneath beds, sofas, and other low furniture.
Empty and rinse the dirty-water tank after every cleaning session, or whenever the water reaches the maximum fill line.
After cleaning milk, food spills, pet messes, or other odor-prone liquids, empty and rinse the tank immediately to help prevent residue and odors.
D7 has an IPX6 rinseable design, but it should not be submerged in water.
Rinse only the designated washable areas according to the user manual. Keep the display, handle controls, charging contacts, charging dock, power adapter, and electrical connections dry.
D7 does not require a traditional vacuum filter or deodorizing stick.
The roller, scraper, hair collector, seals, and other wear components should be cleaned regularly and replaced only when visibly worn, damaged, deformed, or no longer performing properly. Replacement frequency depends on usage, floor type, and maintenance habits.
The 5-year limited warranty covers verified defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal household use.
Depending on the issue and warranty evaluation, DIISEA may provide a covered replacement part, replacement unit, or another approved remedy. The warranty does not normally cover:
Normal wear of rollers, scrapers, seals, and other consumable parts
Accidental or cosmetic damage
Misuse, improper storage, or lack of maintenance
Damage caused by unapproved cleaning solutions
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Commercial use unless specifically approved
Damage caused by incorrect voltage or external power issues
